My name is Jessica Galinksy, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. I soon realised that training and nutrition were only half of ‘health’ after suffering with severe depression, hormone imbalances and PMDD whilst being healthy and ‘doing all the things’.
Health is so much more than just what is on your plate and going to the gym. It’s your energy, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
I ventured into the world of life coaching and Certified in 2022 and have been passionate in hormone health coaching from my own personal experience. I like to intertwine my own Passion of
eastern medicine practices in our western world and Proud to have now been almost 10 years of experience in the field of Holistic Healing and health industry. 2024 Graduated with Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

Dr. Deanna Minich PhD, is a nutrition scientist, international lecturer, educator, and author, with over twenty-five years of experience in academia and the food and dietary supplement industries, and currently the Chief Science Officer at Symphony Natural Health. She has been active as a functional medicine clinician in clinical trials and in her own practice (Food & Spirit™). She is the author of six consumer books on wellness topics, four book chapters, and over fifty scientific publications.
