My name is Jessica Galinksy, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. I soon realised that training and nutrition were only half of ‘health’ after suffering with severe depression, hormone imbalances and PMDD whilst being healthy and ‘doing all the things’.
Health is so much more than just what is on your plate and going to the gym. It’s your energy, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
I ventured into the world of life coaching and Certified in 2022 and have been passionate in hormone health coaching from my own personal experience. I like to intertwine my own Passion of
eastern medicine practices in our western world and Proud to have now been almost 10 years of experience in the field of Holistic Healing and health industry. 2024 Graduated with Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

Monday Meditation - Connection To Highest Self
Hello you beautiful soul!
Welcome back to Monday Meditation... today we are connecting to our highest self. These meditations are just 5 minutes long, to drop out of your mind and into your body. Reconnect to your self awareness and do something for your mental health.
This can be done in the morning, as a midday reset or any time you feel you need to reconnect with yourself.
Here are some journalling prompts for you too:
✨Describe your 'highest self': What qualities, values, and characteristics does your ideal self possess? How does this version of you act and interact with the world? What does her world look like I life and business?
✨Identify your 'old self' patterns: What behaviors, beliefs, or thought patterns no longer serve you? How do these patterns hold you back from becoming your highest self and having the health you desire or running the business you've always wanted?
✨Visualize the transformation: Imagine your old self fading away and your highest self emerging. What does this process look and feel like to you? What changes do you notice in your thoughts, emotions, and actions? How will this affect those around you?
✨Acknowledge and honor the old self: Express gratitude for the lessons learned and experiences that shaped your old self. What positive aspects can you carry forward?
✨Embrace forgiveness: Forgive yourself for past mistakes and shortcomings. Forgive others who may have contributed to your old self patterns.
✨Set intentions for your highest self: What specific steps can you take to embody the qualities and values of your highest self? What goals can you set to move forward on this path? for this week? this quarter? this year?
✨Cultivate self-compassion: Treat yourself with kindness and understanding as you navigate this transformation. Recognize that growth is a journey with ups and downs <3
✨Practice mindfulness daily: Stay present and aware of your thoughts and emotions. This allows you to observe old patterns without judgment and make conscious choices aligned with your highest self. Take a breath - reconnect.
✨Celebrate your progress: Acknowledge and appreciate the steps you take towards becoming the woman that you are. Celebrate your wins and use challenges as opportunities for growth -> send me a DM telling me your wins! I always love to hear from you!!
